About the Album
Exciter's Unveiling the Wicked, released in 1986, is a studio album by the Canadian heavy-metal band known for its fast tempos, sharp guitar riffs, and aggressive vocal delivery. The record combines speed-metal intensity with the more structured songwriting and production of mid-1980s metal. Driving drums and tightly picked guitar parts give the songs a relentless momentum, while the band's darker lyrical and visual style fits the era's underground metal scene. Exciter's music is direct and high-energy, appealing to listeners who favor raw, riff-centered metal over polished arena-rock arrangements. This album is a useful entry in the band's catalog for fans exploring the development of Canadian speed metal.
