Album Overview

Released in 1973, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath expanded Black Sabbath’s heavy sound with richer arrangements and progressive influences. The title track opens with one of Tony Iommi’s celebrated riffs, while “A National Acrobat” and “Killing Yourself to Live” combine dark themes with intricate musicianship. Keyboards and additional textures broaden the group’s sonic palette without losing the weight of its early work. Often regarded as one of the band’s classic albums, it demonstrates the original lineup’s musical range and songwriting strength. This Japanese Vertigo LP is catalogued as RJ-7031 and is listed with an OBI.
