About the Album
Kiss's Killers, released in 1982, is a compilation assembled for international markets that brings together selected recordings from the band's earlier catalog with additional material. The collection offers a snapshot of Kiss's hard-rock sound across its original lineup era, from direct, riff-driven songs to the theatrical choruses that became central to the band's identity. The release is particularly associated with the songs “I'm a Legend Tonight” and “Down on Your Knees,” recorded for the compilation, alongside selected earlier tracks. Because track selection can differ by territory, the exact sequence on this Japanese ROOC-2024 edition should be confirmed from its printed listing. It is a useful collector's release from the period between Kiss's classic 1970s success and its 1980s reinvention.
