About the Album
The Story So Far by Divine is a compilation-style release whose exact contents should be confirmed from the Japanese edition's track listing. Divine, the stage name of Harris Glenn Milstead, became known for a bold performance persona and a late-1970s and 1980s dance-pop career that intersected with the underground club scene. Recordings associated with Divine often combine electronic dance production with an intentionally theatrical vocal presentation. Because compilation titles and track selections can vary by territory, it would be inaccurate to assign a specific year or list individual songs without checking the sleeve and labels. Once the exact selection is verified, the description can distinguish this release from other Divine compilations and identify the period and musical styles represented on the record.
